[Q] Bricked my Note, can access download screen, help please!

Hi, hope someone can help.

I have messed up my note, I downloaded Jelly Been and hate it so I thought I would download ICS again.

So guess what I did! I downloaded via odin this file > GL_NOTECORE_v12_STD

Now my phone will not boot up past the samsung sign and yellow triangle.

Can you tell me which kernel to download to wipe this one?
