[Q] Important!!!!

Guys, Wish you A good Day first,
I am a Note user and I know how to flash roms and kernels,
I had a question. Right now I am on GLory ROm 4.1.2 v 4.5
which is the best rom right now for touchwiz with the best performance and can you guys tell me the best kernel for my device!!..
