[Q] Applications zoomed in

I have this weird problem that some of the applications I install, when i open them, they are very zoomed in with huge fonts, buttons, etc.
It also happened that out of nowhere, my wallpaper got zoomed in as well when returning to the home screen.

I'm running PAC custom firmware... but it also happened when I was on PA custom firmware... so i don't think it's a firmware related issue. Or i'm missing anything? help. :confused::confused:
