Disable screen wake up when charger is connected on tw rom

Is there a way to Disable Screen Wake up on Charger is Connected on a TW ROM?

I know its possible on some Cm based Rom..

My problem is my usb charging port had a short circuit and shows charging even if its not connected to a charger..

It wakes up the phone and says its connected then it shows not connected.... connected again(screen turns on) and phone heats up all day long.

Samsung service centee is very far from my place so im just finding some workwaround for it..

And I dont want to dismantle my phone myself because I might get it worse...
