Turn my Note into a Windows Phone for a while

In the old days of the HD2, I used to dual boot Android and Windows Phone and loved the two different user experiences.

I would love to be able to flash a Windows Phone Rom on the Note to test out, but wondered if there is another way.

What would be the best base Rom to start, I know there are WP launchers on the market, but whats the most accurate, can I get notifications, sounds, gallery, music etc....similar to WP

I know you may find this crazy as Android is the greatest, but I want to get this feeling of trying Windows Phone without actually having to buy one:D
