[Q] Galaxy S4 Camera Features on N7000?

Hello @ all,

today i've tested the new flagship Galaxy S4. It is a nice 5 inch phone :D
What i liked is the new Camera App.

Question:
So is it possible to port the Camera App to our Note?
It would be a great Feature for us :D
Specially i mean the picture in picture application, (see picture below)
