Battery drain while charging after new rom install

I recently installed the latest version of Paranoid Android running Jelly Bean 4.2. Since then I've not been able to charge from usb or car charger. Charging from the wall socket works but is SLOW.

I'm stumped as to what the problem is, Google and the paranoid android thread haven't helped so I really am at a loss.
Any help would be great. Thanks guys.
