[Q] a strange bug or hardware?

for 3 days now i have some strange issues with my network , sometimes the note cannot connect into the network so i cannot all

things i have done:

i tried 3 different roms, all the same

what i know by now:

its working always when im not at home and there is no wifi connected

it never works when im connected with wifi

it says i need roaming to work ? O.o and doesnt work either with roaming

is there any way to test the hardware? any code to get into a test menue? im now on XXLSZ
