[Q] Which JB ROM is Lightest but still with S-Pen functions?

After doing the latest JB upgrades, I have noticed that I now only have 120MB worth of free RAM - probably explains why every time I come out of a larger app or Browser, the TW shell needs to be restarted (since it closed it for the memory). There's so many variants, so many different choices, I am not sure which one to download..

Please recommend the "best" ROM with the following requirements (if possible):

1) Needs to have lots of memory available (around 400MB Free) after the phone has loaded up and stablised
2) JB 4.1.2 and deemed "Stable" for daily usage
3) Removed Samsung and Telco bloatware except for the S-Pen functions and apps
4) based on the original Firmware (I guess have to since its the only way to get S-Pen)
5) DeOdexed and include or ready for the DPI Switching and Note 8 apps
6) Not fussed if the Touchwiz is replaced with anything else (MIUI or whatever) - as long as it is light on memory
7) Rooted of course..
