[Q] Call with earpiece connected

Hi

When i've had my earpiece connected and receive calls, i'm able to hear myself on my side when I speak through the phone but nothing can be heard on the receiving end.

This issue had been fixed in the latest ICS stock rom but just wondering if there is a general standalone fix cause i've recently used custom roms like RocketRom V3 but seems like the issue persist.
