Playing and changing songs without touching the phone?

Hi all.

I use my phone for music in my car, I am wondering of what apps I can use to achieve not having to touch my phone to play, pause and change songs. Something that's voice activated. What can I do to get this ? I was thinking of using tasker to launch the voice app once the cord is plugged in, but how else can I do it to change songs?
