[Q] How to enable battery full notification sound?

Dear all,
After installing speedmode kernel my phone disabled the battery full notification even after installing Stock ICS and Stock JB 4.1.2 LSB.
I could not figure where the problem is, I need your help to enable the battery full notification sound.
