[Q] Help charging problems :(

Hi guys im a noob and have flashed a custom rom following all the guides. However now i find my battery wont charge and when i rebooted it went from 89% to 17%! And now wont charge. Well i reflashed the rom and it charged fully but then as soon as it is used the charge just keeps falling even with charger plugged in . plz help.
