My Friend Note fully dead!!

hi, i got my friend note, before this it running android 4.0.2, and it never been root or put other custom roms.
so one day i put the CM10.1.zip and gps.zip into the external memory sd. then i install it using android recovery.
btw the phone got 40 battery. when installing the zip file . the phone suddenly dead. can someone help?
