[Q] Broken USB Port

Hi guys,

My beloved GT-N7000 is broken

I have just had some issues with the charging having it turn off and on constantly (engaging charging then dis-engaging)
I tried cleaning the USB port off and on for an hour and now when i plug it in it does nothing

I was at 58% Battery before i turned it off and now it wont turn on at all,

I have Crash ROM FINAL release 4.1.2 and the Yellow triangle

My question, If i cant turn it on it is still under warranty (its 6months old) do they have a way of testing if it is ROMed? and if so will this void the Hardware?
I can actually see the Copper charging point bend back in the usb socket on the phone
