[Q] Total Internal memory decreased after Flash

Hallo All!
Im new to this forum :)

2 days ago I flashed my note(ICS Official 4.0.4) to 4.1.2 JB official XXLSZ, but I realize that my internal memory(used to be 16gb) decreased to only 7gb :( :(

what happen to this??

can I get back my 16gb memory??
